1. International Ticket Allocation Process


Bletchley Rugby Club has established a clear process for the allocation of international tickets to ensure fairness and transparency.

Tickets required for Club events (such as the Sportsman’s Lunch and Christmas Draw) will take precedence. After this, tickets may be offered to sponsors and members.

Sponsor Access:

  • Gold sponsors are guaranteed the option to purchase 2 tickets.
  • Platinum sponsors are guaranteed 2 tickets to all games.

Applications:
Ticket availability will be announced on the Club’s website and social media at least three weeks before applications open.
Applications must be made by email to the Tickets Secretary, David Parker, on Tickets@bletchleyrugby.com, stating the number of tickets required and desired price range. Requests for alcohol-free or disabled access areas should be specified.

Oversubscription Process:
If demand exceeds supply, the Ticket Secretary will first attempt to negotiate allocations.
If necessary, requests for more than 2 tickets will be reduced to 2 tickets per applicant (with a small adjustment for odd-numbered allocations).
Applicants (excluding Gold and Platinum sponsors) will be limited to one game if oversubscription continues.

If ticket demand is still oversubscribed, a ballot will be held at a Club Executive meeting with the following Ballot Rules being applied:

  • Sponsors may enter the ballot.
  • Individuals may apply for multiple games but, once successful, will be removed from future ballots to give others a chance.

Payment & Surcharge:
Successful applicants will be invoiced and must pay in full before tickets are delivered.
A 10% surcharge will be added to ticket prices to cover administration and a reserve list will be maintained for any additional tickets that may become available.
