All members of Bletchley Rugby Union Football Club are hereby formally invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an opportunity to review the season just gone, receive updates from across the club and look ahead to plans and priorities for the future.

Agenda items expected to include:

• Welcome and opening remarks
• Approval of previous AGM minutes
• Chair’s report
• Treasurer’s report and financial update
• Section reports
• Election / confirmation of committee positions
• Club plans and priorities for the 2026/27 season
• Any Other Business

Members wishing to raise an item under Any Other Business are encouraged to submit this in advance where possible via email.
