Bletchley RUFC is delighted to confirm its Senior Men's Coaching Team for the 2026/27 season, with an experienced and ambitious group set to lead the men's section into an exciting new campaign.

Leadership Team
Paul Allen continues as Director of Rugby and Head Coach of the Men's Section, providing the leadership and continuity that has become synonymous with the club's long-term vision.

Alongside him, Tom Sharp steps up from his role as 1st XV Team Manager to become Head of Men's Rugby. Having played a key role in the management of the 1st XV during the 2025/26 season, Tom will now oversee the men's section, driving standards and developing the club's long-term vision both on and off the field.

Senior Coaching Team
Continuity remains a key strength within the coaching setup, with Brett Staniford remaining as Men's Coach. His experience and knowledge of the squad will once again prove invaluable as preparations build towards the new season.

Joining the coaching team is Spencer Garner, who takes on the dual role of Player Pathway Coach and 2nd XV Coach. Spencer's appointment further strengthens the bridge between Colts and senior rugby, ensuring players are supported throughout their progression while adding further coaching expertise across the senior section.

The coaching group is further strengthened by the appointment of Dean Williams as 2nd XV Player/Coach, whilst continuing as 2nd XV Captain. A respected leader within the squad, Dean's new role recognises his commitment, experience and influence, allowing him to play an even greater part in developing players and driving standards both on and off the pitch.

Building for the Season Ahead
Together, the coaching team combines experience, continuity and fresh ideas as Bletchley RUFC continues to strengthen its one-club pathway and build for the future. With preparations for the 2026/27 season already well underway, the group is focused on developing players across every level of the men's section and creating an environment that will allow both individuals and teams to thrive.
