Having progressed through the Bletchley RUFC junior section, Harry Woods returns to Manor Fields ready to make his mark in senior rugby ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Comfortable at fly-half, Harry brings excellent game management, a sharp rugby brain and the confidence to control a game with ball in hand. Whether it's picking the right option, putting teammates into space or dictating territory with his boot, Harry has all the attributes to be a key part of the squad.

As another player to come through our own pathway, Harry's return is another example of the strength of our junior section and the opportunities available for young players to progress into senior rugby.

We're excited to see Harry back in maroon and white and can't wait to watch his development continue this season.

After Thursday's pre-season session, we caught up with Harry for some quick-fire questions.

Do you have a matchday superstition? – I like to be the last to leave the changing room.
Friday night game or Saturday afternoon? – Friday night game.
Score the winning try or make the winning tackle? – The winning try... and nailing the conversion!
Nailing a cross-field kick or a 50:22? – Cross-field kick straight into the winger's hands.
What's your go-to karaoke song? – Starlight – Dave.
If you could choose a Premiership Rugby player as a teammate, who would it be? – Tommy Freeman.
