Five of Bletchley’s Under13s attended Northampton Saints’ 2023 residential training camp. They joined 60 or so other boys having a great week learning about attack and defence, Strength and Conditioning training and having position specific training off the current Northampton Saints squad.
The week finished with “showcase” matches as the boys took part in games made up of the boys who took part in the week and the Bletchley 5 stood up well bagging a handful of tries and demonstrating some new skills.
Regular training has begun on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings and matches are being arranged against local opposition as the boys step up to under 14 rugby in the coming season.
New players are always welcome to join the friendly squad.
